Customers in 2021 are still having a tough time adapting to bots because when they chat/speak with a bot, it can take 2 to 4 times longer to resolve an issue. Getting escalated to a human agent adds on more time which can be highly annoying. And what exactly do customers want first and foremost? They want a FAST resolution to any issues they have. Bots do help in some circumstances, but not all. The number of businesses that are outsourcing customer service and hiring human beings is still on the rise. Let's not disguise reality with the title of this video.

As a developer from Mexico City I don't feel much respect for her, she walks around the call center like she owns it. As already pointed out in other comments she is just the software admin, she didn't invent or develop the chatbot itself, she is just adjusting it according to the software developers specifications. A little humility goes a long way, specially when she says she doesn't give a d0amn about other people's jobs. Listen automation is happening whether we like it or not, but that doesn't mean we must ditch our empathy for others, it's just not related.

I don't think so. I work in a Call Center and still a lot clients or customers prefer real reps over s chatbot or automated system.
